The first GAZ-AA lorries left the assembly lines on January 29, 1932. Over 63 years of production yielded more than 15m motor vehicles. The international market has acknowledged the GAZ products by awarding the Quality Prize and the Golden Mercury.

Now GAZ is one of the major enterprises in Europe with over 100, 000 employees. It includes 5 large plants, 11 production units, about 180 shops, 3 production and commercial firms, scientific and research centre with a testing ground, cultural and sports buildings, health care and holiday areas, a significant sales network. OAO GAZ manufactures 54 % of lorries and 15% of cars in Russia.

lorries of small and medium load capacity, middle type cars, consumer goods (washing machines, centrifuges, furniture etc.), machine tools and equipment, spare parts to all types of products, Diesel engines , dies and press forms, cast iron, steel and nonferrous castings, forging.

The Main Types of Service

OAO GAZ offers contracts for deliveries of vehicles, chassis, spare parts and consumer goods for dealers and assembly plants. It concludes direct one-off contracts for small quantities of vehicles, raises documents for purchased vehicles, provides a free choice of products for customers. The products are shipped by rail and road transport.
