The Muslim-Croatian Federation: 16 000 people, 4 mechanized divisions, 4 protection brigades, 2 artillery brigades, 1 infantry battalion, 1 military police batalion.

Arms: 75 tanks (T-34, T-55, M-84, M-47), 80 armored troop carriers, about 400 pieces of ordnance, missile systems and mortars, 30 rocket launchers RPG, portable surface-to-air missile systems, 3 helicopters.

The Serbian Republic Army: 14 000 people, 4 corp headquarters, 38 brigades (infantry, mechanized and tank brigades), 12 regiments (artillery, SAM, armoured regiments).
